Moving from another host? Our team moves your websites, databases and email for free, with zero downtime.

1. Open a support ticket titled "Free migration".
2. Tell us your domain(s) and where they are currently hosted.
3. Share your old host's control panel login, or a full backup. Your details stay private in our ticket system.
4. We copy and test everything on HostRiser, then guide you through pointing your domain.

Most migrations are completed within 1 to 2 business days. Keep your old hosting active until we confirm everything is live.

Free migration covers the websites included in your plan: 1 on Spark, up to 5 on Rise and up to 15 on Summit.
